THE ABOLITIONISTS is a documentary featuring former CIA operative and DOHS agent, Tim Ballard and his organization, Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.). Tim left his government job as head of a child crimes unit to start the privately run and non-profit O.U.R. organization as a way to reach and rescue children caught in the sex slave trade, children who fell outside the jurisdictional reach of the US government.
